The Name
Well, the name itself is pretty simple. Rev = Revenue. Bo = what I called my grandfather.
Bo was one of the hardest working people I've ever known — a Naperville, IL legend. He had a huge impact on my life and on a lot of other people's. I wanted to carry a little piece of that into what I'm building here.
He also most likely would have hated everything AI. So I thought it was kind of funny to put his name on an AI-native company. I even created an AI version of him — bolo tie and all. Maybe that makes an appearance one day.
What RevBo Is Trying to Do
I've spent the last 20 years leading Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Solutions, and Revenue Operations teams at companies like Salesforce, eBay, Commerce, Amplience, and ChannelAdvisor. Team sizes anywhere from 6 people to 600. Revenues from $9M ARR to $350M ARR.
It's my honest opinion that how companies go to market is going through the most fundamental change I've seen in my lifetime. If you are not building an AI-native go-to-market engine right now, you are behind.
And I don't mean AI-native in the shallow sense — where your sales exec asks ChatGPT a question instead of the CEO. AI-native means the entire go-to-market team has infused AI into every daily task, and AI is operating on your behalf autonomously. Companies that get there will win. Full stop.
With 20 years of GTM obsession across multiple company types and stages, I can help. That's why I started RevBo.
Three Ways RevBo Helps
Outsource your Revenue Operations to us and we'll put your company on a path to AI-nativeness — clean infrastructure, intelligent pipeline management, and a system that actually reflects what's happening in your business.
Don't hire an SVP of Sales yet. Hire me at a fraction of the cost. You'll have an AI-native go-to-market machine that you can plug a full-time sales leader into later — when the foundation is ready. Or if you want to build it yourself and just need experienced advisory along the way, that works too.
Already planning to change out parts of your GTM tech stack? I'll ride shotgun on that journey — making sure you don't over-customize the new tools, and making sure AI is built in natively from the start, not bolted on after the fact.
A Little About Me
I live in Wake Forest, NC. I've been married for 22 years and have three kids — ages 20, 17, and 16.
My 20-year-old son John suffered a traumatic brain injury in 2024. He was given less than a 1% chance to live. He has defied those odds every single day and continues to recover. Starting RevBo gives me the flexibility to be more present during his journey — and to be there for the rest of my family too. My wife has been incredible through all of it, and my other two kids have handled more than any teenager should have to. Being present for all of them matters as much to me as anything I'll ever build professionally.

That's the story. That's RevBo. Glad you're here.
